HCAIM (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the HCAIM website (the “Service”).

You directly provide HCAIM with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Sign up to obtain information to subscribe to our newsletter
- Register and participate in one of our online or offline events, programmes
- Sign up to pre-enrol in our Master’s Programme or request more information
What data do we collect?
We collect the following information from the pre-enrollment form and user contact form: name, last name, email and phone.
For the newsletter, we collect the following information: name, last name, email, affiliation, name of the organization/school
How will we use your data?
We collect your data to send you the information you have requested, inform you of changes to our terms and conditions, where relevant, or email you with information when you have asked us to.
This can facilitate your participation in our events and contribute to the exchange of information you may need.
How do we protect your data?
We put in place measures to ensure that the information you provide is treated in full compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 on personal data protection.
Data will not be shared with any other organization – commercial or otherwise except in case of external consultancy related to the website. In such cases, appropriate measures will be implemented.
We will never divulge your data for direct marketing purposes.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
