We are excited to announce the upcoming AI Ethicon event taking place on 20 April 2023. With AI solutions transforming society at an unprecedented rate, the event will provide a platform for participants to better understand the ethical issues and uses of these technologies.

The event will take place at 10:15 CET at Technological University Dublin, University of Naples Federico II, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, or Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

The event, after the lunch break, could be broken down into three parts. The first part will provide an introduction to CNNs using Google Teachable Machine, including an overview of the process and how models make predictions. The issue of model bias will also be discussed, and a data set will be presented.

In part two, students will be introduced to the concept of an API and a production model using Docker. The model will be hosted in an API, and a sample code will be provided to demonstrate how to query the model. The Ethicon problem will then be introduced, and the Ethicon competition will begin.

Part three will involve students working in teams to solve the Ethicon problem. Each team will have to present their findings in a closed session with judges, with each presentation lasting 10 minutes. The winners will then be announced.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn about the ethical challenges of AI and put your problem-solving skills to the test. Register now if you are eligible and join us on 20 April 2023.
